Since January 2023, Boxcrib has played a key role in establishing DC Build as a leading choice for high-end architectural projects across Auckland and the Bay of Plenty. Our strategy focused on portraying DC Build as a company of integrity, led by experienced directors and a dedicated team—a reputation they’ve truly earned.

To elevate their brand, we implemented a strategic social media plan that showcased a variety of content tailored to resonate with their target audiences: homeowners and architects. On top of this we have also kept the content approachable for builders as a tool for recruitment, which has been a huge asset for DC Build during the industry skills shortage of 2023. 

Through LinkedIn, we honed in on engaging architects via our B2B LinkedIn Leads service, helping to solidify professional relationships and broaden their visibility within the architectural community. This approach has not only raised awareness but has also led to valuable in-person meetings with industry architects, paving the way for further collaboration and growth.

In addition to brand-building, we supported DC Build’s growth with recruitment campaigns on Meta. For a recent Qualified Builder role in Waiheke, our ads achieved 117 applications with a total ad spend of $489—resulting in a cost of $4.18 per form submission and ultimately a successful hire. Similarly, for an Apprenticeship campaign in Auckland, we generated 64 applications from a $147 ad spend, yielding a cost of $2.30 per form submission and another successful hire, the brand awareness work we have done with DC Build has allowed us to out perform most other high-end construction companies when it comes to selecting the best apprentices, qualified builders and foreman in the industry.
